Enjoying a fantastic lunch at restaurant Hygge i Hamburg. This weekend Midsummer was celebrated in Sweden, and at Hygge they had fantastic Midsummer menu. To that we had a sparkling Birch sap wine form Sweden. Perfect for a Swede living in Hamburg.

The birch sap sparkling wine taste frisch and has notes of the nature. Fits perfect with seafood and a Midsummer buffet.
