Today they arrived! The Elkano Wines from Getaria, Basque in Spain. We found this wine during a round trip in the north of Spain. We visited the vineyard and was so impressed by the wine and the family creating these wines, so we just had to have them in our assortment.
We offer the Elkano and the Juan Sebastian wine, that are the two wines that are produced by the family Alkorta/Zimmerman. Both wines are dry and has a high acidity level. We would pair them with fish, especially grilled fish or seafood. And Tapas, or the tapas that is typically in this area "pintxo".
